If circumstances allow, this will become a great place for two or more frugal, thoughtful, considerate people to live together quietly, cooperatively. There is an old house on 7/10 of an acre, slowly being developed. The house is a fixer upper (purchased in May 2021)- has a functional bedroom, Kitchen & Bath, plus two bedrooms that need work. There’s also a space for an RV, travel trailer, van, or tent, and an old detached garage (~32 x 12) with potential to become a living space..
