Strawberry Moon Farm is a leftist community space and commune in rural Washington. We provide a safe place to live for those who are marginalized, and we welcome members of every gender, sex, and sexual orientation, including cisgender and heterosexual men, in total compliance with the Fair Housing Act.
We grow produce of all varieties and sell it at farmers markets and with our CSA program. We also operate as a nursery, selling our starts at farmers markets and wholesale. We raise goats for their milk to make goat’s milk soap, and raise Angora rabbits, who we shave for their fibre. We also raise chickens and ducks, selling eggs at farmers markets. We have internships for those who want to learn while living in community, and have volunteering opportunities.
We focus on the betterment of all members, collectively and as individuals; we care for each other irrespective of and apart from capitalist structures.
