Our intent is to form a community of people who want to use solar power, hydro power, or other types of off-grid and self-sustaining power, is into recycling, gardening, canning, farming, etc. We want to have chickens, cows, goats, etc., so we will have our own eggs, milk, food and whatever else we can create and come up with to use for the community. We have one small cabin at the moment that will be used as a co-dwelling place for up to 3 or 4 people. It has water, power, phone and internet. Cell phone service/reception is usually bad at the property, however with our wireless internet, everyone should be able to have wireless on their cell at all times. Everyone should plan to build their own tiny house, tree house, or self-sustained dwelling as soon as possible, out around the property, to free up the main house for more members and a community meeting area and kitchen among other uses it might have. We have a pond right out in front of the cabin that is stocked with fish and needs to be maintained and can be used for food, water, hydro (we would like to build at one end of the pond), etc. We would like to build a rainwater catchment system and distill water. We have so many more ideas, and I'm sure you do too, that we could add to the community to build it and make a great place for us to all live. Some of our goals are canning community garden build a barn/coop bee keeping/honey chickens/eggs cows/milk build more homes/tiny houses/tree houses, etc. hydro power (plan to build on pond) solar power
