Rural, rustic cohousing community organized around art & craft, neurodiversity, self-sufficiency and very simple living. Shared main house for cooking, sanitation, showers, socializing, movies, but each member has an individual studios or private space. Members have their own microbusinesses, everyone is self-employed or recieving Social Security, there are no regular “jobs” out this way.
