We are a newly forming, kid-friendly community, inspired by permaculture and co-housing paradigms. We started with two adjacent properties in a sunny part of Woodacre; the total land is about 2/3 of an acre. We've been knocking down the fence between the properties and planting gardens. It's already gorgeous and it's just getting better over time! There will be 4 households by May 1 (available now). So far there are 5 of us - we are one adult couple and two single adults happily co-parenting our 7-year-old girl. We started out as neighbors and we're becoming like family.
