Expect that eventually if desired, shares of the property could be purchased by one or more co-workers/partners or potential partners could pay rent or trade labor for a short or long term. If the property ends up being owned by more than one person, perhaps we’d want to get a lawyer to write up something saying: ‘upon the demise of a share holder, the remaining party(ies) would have a year to sell the deceased’s share at a fair market value and the proceeds would go to her/his estate’ or some such.
To obtain share/develop a small piece of land (1/2 to 5 acres) in the country (probably at least a couple of miles away from a town) that already has a house on it, or not. If there’s not already a house there, I envision putting in a couple of tiny houses and maybe RV hook up(s). If there is already a house, perhaps adding one or more tiny houses or possibly RV hookups depending on the circumstances.

Location contemplated: In/near the triangle that is formed between these three cities: Little Rock, Ar; Tulsa, OK; and Springfield, Mo. (open to others, but have been looking at places in that vicinity via realtor.com) That area has relatively mild winters and summers & inexpensive real estate.
Physical Essentials: place must have access to reasonably fast internet (the faster the better), electricity, water, and accessible with normal vehicles (not only 4 wheel drive only).
